The catch: Battle Pass bonuses

Another detail to consider in relation to COD points is the following:
You can only spend COD points on the platform on which you purchased them, but items you purchase with COD points are shared on all linked platforms.
What does this mean? That if you are facing a game with cross progress (Black Ops - Cold War, Modern Warfare and Warzone) and you have the same Activision account, you can inherit those COD points when upgrading to a new platform or switching to a new family of consoles . In other words, if you accumulate COD points in Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War from PS4 and then upgrade to PS5, you will keep your progress and content purchased / earned with your account.
