Vivo X300 Series Goes Global with Dimensity 9500 Chip and Smaller Batteries
Just a few days after Oppo’s Find X9 lineup went international, Vivo has now launched its latest X300 Series globally. The first wave of sales begins in Vienna, Europe, marking the series’ long-awaited expansion outside China.
Both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro are true flagships packed with high-end features, but this international version also brings two major changes higher prices and smaller batteries compared to their Chinese editions. Here’s everything you need to know about Vivo’s newest premium phones.
Vivo X300 Pro – A Premium Powerhouse with Dimensity 9500
The Vivo X300 Pro arrives as the more advanced model of the two, and despite its smaller battery, it remains one of the most powerful smartphones of 2025. The European version trims its battery from 6510mAh to 5440mAh, a downgrade forced by EU certification rules. Vivo fans outside Europe can still hope to get the original larger capacity when the phone reaches Asian markets like Pakistan.
Blazing Performance with Dimensity 9500 (3nm)
At its core, the X300 Pro runs on MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset, built on a 3nm architecture. It features eight cores with a peak clock speed of 4.21GHz, paired with the Arm Mali-G1 Ultra GPU that delivers up to 40% better ray-tracing performance than its predecessor. In simple words, this phone is a beast for gaming, video editing, and all high-intensity tasks.
Display & Design
The phone flaunts a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Its 1.5K resolution and 4500-nits peak brightness ensure sharp visuals even under direct sunlight. The bezels are ultra-thin, giving a sleek and premium look.
The Vivo X300 Pro also carries an IP69 rating for top-tier dust and water resistance, along with an Aluminium Alloy frame and Gorilla Glass protection on both sides.
Camera System Co Engineered with ZEISS
Vivo continues its partnership with ZEISS Optics, and the X300 Pro’s triple-camera system is a photography powerhouse.
It features a 200MP Samsung HP5 periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom and ZEISS T lens coating*, delivering cleaner, sharper long-distance shots. Complementing that are:
- 50MP Main Camera (OIS)
- 50MP Ultrawide Camera
- 50MP Front Selfie Camera capable of 4K 60fps videos
This setup ensures the Pro captures professional-grade photos in nearly any lighting condition.
Battery and Charging
While the battery size drops to 5440mAh, charging remains excellent with 90W wired and 40W wireless support. Users can expect a full day’s use on moderate workloads.
The Vivo X300 Pro (16GB + 512GB) variant in Europe is priced at €1,399, which roughly converts to PKR 459,000 in Pakistan.
Vivo X300 Compact Yet Flagship-Level
If the Pro feels too expensive, the Vivo X300 offers almost the same premium experience at a lower price. It’s smaller but still impressive in specs and design.
The phone uses the same Dimensity 9500 chipset, UFS 4.1 storage, and 16GB RAM, so everyday performance will be nearly identical to the Pro.
Display and Build
The X300 gets a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 4500 nits peak brightness. Resolution remains 1.5K (1216 × 2640 pixels) ideal for sharp visuals without draining too much power.
Despite being smaller, it maintains an IP69 rating, meaning it can handle splashes, dust, and even short submersion. The new Origin OS 6 (based on Android 16) replaces the old FunTouch OS and will now be standard for all global Vivo phones.
Camera and Battery
Vivo didn’t cut too many corners in the camera department. The Vivo X300 still features:
- 50MP Main Camera (now using the 200MP sensor from Pro)
- 50MP Periscope Telephoto (3.7x zoom)
- 50MP Ultrawide Lens with Autofocus
- 50MP Selfie Camera
It’s a solid setup for photography enthusiasts.
The battery on the European model is 5360mAh, compared to 6040mAh on the Chinese version. Fortunately, charging speeds remain unchanged 90W wired and 40W wireless.
Other features include dual speakers, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, Infrared port, and an ultrasonic fingerprint reader.
The Vivo X300 (16GB + 512GB) model starts at €1,099, which converts to roughly PKR 360,000 in Pakistan.

Global Launch Means Higher Prices
Vivo’s global launch brings cutting-edge innovation but also higher price tags. The smaller batteries were an expected trade-off due to European safety certifications. Still, both phones deliver premium performance and world-class camera systems co-engineered with ZEISS.
Pakistani users can expect the Vivo X300 Series to arrive in local markets soon hopefully retaining the larger Chinese battery sizes and slightly lower regional pricing.
