A number of users have voiced complaints over the recently rebranded JazzCash mobile application after its last update. Many customers, indeed, have filled up social media and review sites like Google Play Store to narrate some technical issues and problems with its performance.
Common Issues Faced by JazzCash Customers
One user said on Google Play Store that the application has reached an extreme level of unreliability since it lags when performing tasks, especially recharge, mobile packages check, and payment. Among the other problems people report include failure in generation of transaction receipt and unsuccessful loading of the mobile packages.
The other most common complaint is about login and biometric verification not working while trying to access the app.
The user shared with him a really disturbing problem, in that he was facing a major issue with the app biometric verification process. They said, “When I try to login, the app detects ‘new device’ and is asking for biometric verification. It doesn’t even move forward to scan my left-hand fingers, and I keep getting notified: ‘Updated. Try again.‘ Even after three days of attempts I am not being able to access my account. JazzCash, please resolve this problem.”
