According to the latest notification, the university is hiring Security Guards and Lady Security Guards purely on a daily-wage and contingent basis for a period of 89 days. Available Positions and Eligibility
The university has announced a total of 230 vacancies, including 227 posts for Security Guards and 3 positions for Lady Security Guards. Applicants must have at least a Middle-level education, meeting the basic requirement set by the administration. Additional physical fitness standards may also apply, considering the nature of security duties on campus.
Application Process
All applications must be submitted online through Punjab University’s official recruitment portal. The university has clearly stated that no manual, hand-written, or in-person application submissions will be accepted. This ensures a transparent and uniform application procedure for all candidates.
The online application system opened on November 3, 2025, and applicants have until December 8, 2025, to complete their submissions. The portal will automatically close at 4:00 PM on the final day, so candidates are advised not to wait until the last moment.
Once the online form is filled, candidates must print their application and send a hard copy along with required documents to the Registrar’s Office. This must be done through registered post or courier, as the university will not accept applications delivered by hand.
